MultiChoice uses flashmob to highlight Olympics launch Staff Writer
MultiChoice Kenya officially launched the 2012 London Olympics on the streets, on Friday 27th in a Flash Mob within Nairobi's Central Business District as rallying call to Team Kenya to bring home the medals.
A flash mob or flashmob is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a place, perform an unusual and seemingly pointless act for a brief time then disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment, satire, and artistic expression.
To show their support, MultiChoice Kenya held the function at the Junction of Koinange and Monrovia Street from Friday noon.
The pay TV operator urges all citizens to support team Kenya and follow the action Live and exclusive on DStv’s SuperSport channels.
The Olympics will be exclusively aired on 3 DStv bouquets as follows:
